Back of block contains the following information: "Tippin Gymnasium-Natatorium was built in 1968 and named for Waldo S. Tippin who was a teacher, coach and athletic director between 1935 and 1966. Tippin houses classrooms, offices and gym areas for physical education. It also has a 3600 seat area for varsity sports and a natatorium with separate diving and swimming pools"
