Biographical / Historical

Dr. Kathleen Welsch began employment at Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1997 and retired in 2022.

She was a faculty member in the English department, and was the coordinator of the University's Writing Center. She received her B.A. from Seton Hill College; her M.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University, and her Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh
