September 22, 1972 memo from Betty Rupert, Dan Graves, and Jim Cole regarding the possibility of moving some of the materials then located in Davis Hall to the Library.
June 21, 1973 memo regarding the possibility of moving materials to Carlson Library.
June 30, 1972 documentation that states, "According to the Middle States Association March 1972 report page 19, 'one matter which involves both the library and other units of the College does require some immediate attention. That is the proliferation of various collections of materials around the campus. Specifically, there exists the collections in the Instructional Materials Center...' "
