"This proposal is designed to implement a supervisory certification program at Clarion State College. It is a post-master's program for supervisory certification in the areas of elementary education, instructional media, library science, science, special education, and speech pathology and audiology. The proposed program was developed in accordance with the guidelines established by the Pennsylvania Department of Education for certification at the supervisory level."
