The album liner contains a list of the Marching Band "Personnel" (members) for 1967. Listed for each person is their instrument, their number, their class standing (Jr. Fr., etc.), and hometown. Dr. Stanley F. Michalski is listed as the director of the Golden Eagle Marching Band.

The album liner also contains a list of the Concert Band Personnel for 1968. Stanley F. Michalski, Jr. is listed as the director of the Concert Band. Each instrument is listed with the individuals playing it, along with their hometown. Their class standing is not provided.

The liner has a photograph of Dr. Stanley F. Michalski, captioned "Conductor of Bands," and a photograph of Rex Mitchell, captioned "Arranger-Composer." Also included is a photograph of Frederic Erdman, captioned "Cornet Soloist."

The liner has a note titled, "About the Band" that reads as follows:

"Clarion State College features a 96-piece marching band, a 90-piece concert band, and a 18-piece stage band. Auditions are held in the spring and fall of each year. The Concert Band is comprised of CSC's outstanding wind and percussion players. Membership is dependent upon audition results and current instrumentation needs. The band's extensive, varied, and flexible repertoire is selected from all periods and styles of composition and transposition, and id designed to meet a variety of program needs. Its musical and educational objectives are to perform literature of the highest aesthetic value, with an emphasis on original works for band; to attain perfection in balanced playing ability through rigid requirements for individual musicianship and advanced playing technique; and quality performance. The Clarion State College Golden Eagle Marching Band has grown from a humble beginning of 24 members to a complement of 96 players. The band membership has remained constant for the past three years, but its reputation has grown at a rapid pace."
