Harcourt, Brace announces for June 16 publication a first novel by Gilbert Neiman, "There is a Tyrant in Every Country." Laid in Mexico, it is the story of Freddie Connor, who loathes Mexicans so much in Chicago that he goes to their original source to find out why. Hatred turns to love, and he foils a plot against the Mexican people in the climax of the book.
