Description of the organzation found online 2-9-2021:

Accounting Society members can expect presentations and seminars that will enhance their understanding of the accounting profession. Members will have opportunities to meet alumni and learn from their professional experience through presentations and Q and A sessions. The group also will engage its members in leadership development activities, networking opportunities with various professional firms, and encouraging students to participate in case competitions. As a member of the Clarion community, the Society engages in community service which benefits the local people and is a chance for members to gain service hours while giving to important causes. The board of the Accounting Society hopes to connect students with professionals that will increase their likelihood of a secured job after graduation.
