Clarion University's Reading for the Cure Records
Scope and Contents
Description of the organzation found online 3-11-2021:
Clarion University's Reading for the Cure is held on Clarion's campus every year to help beat breast cancer. Join to be a part of a magical night where you listen to survivors read their stories, loved ones who lost someone from cancer, children's stories reminding us of the innocence in us all, and celebrating the gift of life. Raffles are held for baskets donated by many RSO's on campus and a one of a kind, handmade quilt from Sally Byers. All proceeds go to the Pittsburgh Susan G. Komen Foundation.
