Scope and Contents
Description of the organzation found online 4-30-2021:
Clarion University's InterHall Council, better known as IHC, is the governing body for Clarion University's Residence Life System. Our purpose is to promote a positive living and learning environment within the residences halls by providing student advocacy in addition to funding and planning a variety of on campus activities for all residents and students.
While InterHall Council's main focus is the residents living on campus, we welcome anyone who has an interest in advocating for the students of Clarion University. Some of our more important objectives and goals are to find ways to improve residents' lives here on campus whether it be through programs, events, rules and regulations, and facilities interests.
Our current motto is, "BY THE RESIDENTS. FOR THE RESIDENTS." as we are an organization composed of the residents that live here on Clarion's campus, and that we are the voice of those residents when it comes to their concerns and ideas.
