Scope and Contents

Description of the organization found online 8-26-2021:

The Mathematics Club is an organization to: (1) meet the needs and interests of its members, mathematically or otherwise; (2) create communication between students and faculty for the promotion of fellowship in mathematics or any other areas; (3) provide incentive for higher scholarship; (4) better attitudes toward the general goals of a college education; (5) create an atmosphere of voluntary involvement for the help of others; (6) to host mathematically based contests for interested students; (7) become a chief planner in talks and presentations given in the Department of Mathematics by students, professors, and guest lecturers and (8) plan trips to mathematically related conferences.
