Description of the organization found online 9-10-2021:

The purpose of the Clarion University Pre-Veterinary Club is to offer students who are pursuing animal science and veterinary medicine fields many opportunities. This club will provide students with further information on current veterinary issues, inform members with veterinary school admission procedures as well as preparing for undergraduate exams, and allow for students to discuss freely their interests and goals in veterinary medicine. This club will allow said students to ask questions and discuss veterinary or pre-veterinary education with their peers in a helpful and friendly setting tailored to them. This club will also offer potential educational club trips to attend lectures, animal hospitals, farms, zoos, etc. Community service/volunteer work in conjunction with the APVMA (America Pre-Veterinary Medical Association) will be a very important aspect of the club.
