Description of the organization found online 11-2-2021:

Our members attend and present at the annual Sigma Tau Delta convention, held in a different city in the USA each spring. We meet and workshop with famous writers and present on panels with students from over 700 universities.

Our chapter's members have been honored with various awards, including: Outstanding Chapter, Outstanding Service Project, Outstanding Individual in Service, Outstanding Sponsors, The Delta Award for Service to the Organization, and the Eastern Regional Award for Service.

Several of our members have won convention awards and some have been published in the organization's journals.
