Description of the organization found online 11-9-2021:

The Special Libraries Association Student Chapter of Clarion University's goal is provide a forum for students interested in special libraries and special librarianship. We provide opportunities for networking, professional development, and enhancing our understanding of special libraries and librarianship. We are also known to take numerous trips to libraries all around PA and even out of state!



Our organization is welcoming to online and distance students! We use the wimba classroom to communicate with distance members and archive each meetings. This allows our members to remain active and informed no matter their distance or schedule!
