Materials in this folder appear to be documents that the PA Educational Development Center for Year-Round Education staff consulted in the course of carrying out their work.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education designated the Clarion State College Research-Learning Center as the "Pennsylvania Educational Development Center for Year-Round Education."  According to a March 17, 1972 memo from Dr. John D. McLain, the center works "with all the schools in the State who are interested in our services in helping them develop flexibility in the curriculum and time structures."
