According to data from the Clarion course catalogs, Elbert R. Moses, Jr. was a faculty member at Clarion from 1959-1971 in the departments of Speech and Dramatic Arts. He earned an A.B. from the University of PIttsburgh, an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, and did additional graduate work at Eastern Illinois State University and Northwestern University School of Speech.
