In addition to brochures, programs, minutes, etc., these files also contain a large number of newspaper clippings collected by Suhr Library staff over the years.

These materials were transferred to the Clarion University Archives housed in Carlson Library in February, 2020.

Many of the file cabinet drawers in which these were stored were labeled:
