Copy of a newspaper clipping from the June 1, 1968 issue of the Oil City Derrick showing Dr. Farmerie. The caption reads as follows:
A Centennial History, the story of Clarion State College, 1867-1967, was written by Samuel Farmerie of Westminster College, New Wilmington. One of the most complete histories ever written of the college, it contains many historic facts little known by the present generation. Dr. Farmerie, a 1954 graduate of Clarion State College, is shown autographing copies of the book during Alumni Day at the college. The book sells for $1.50 and is available at the College Bookstore, The Derrick Office, or by mailing your request to the Alumni Office at Clarion State College.
