The introductory page of the report states, "Enclosed for your consideration is my report regarding the planning meeting for the faculty and staff of the Clarion University Libraries, held August 20 and 21. The focus of this meeting was on the Libraries' mission, the development of an annual plan for this year of leadership transition to assist Dr. Rashelle Karp as she assumes responsibilities as the Interim Director, and the qualities and characteristics the Libraries' faculty and staff would like to see in a successful candidate for Director."
