Clarion State College, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby recognizes Frederick Ralph Cyphert as a Distingiushed Alumnus of the College with all the rights, honors and privileges thereunto pertaining. Given at the College this twenty-sixth day of May, 1968, in the Centennial Year. There is space on the certificate for the signature of the president of the college, and the president of the board of trustees, but the certificate is not signed.
