This series contains documentation that appears to be working papers and drafts from the committee that was working on the 1996 master plan. Materials have been kept in the order imposed by the committee or individual that collected the documentation. The materials came to the archives in a large three-ring binder. The materials have simply been removed from the binder and foldered.
