What is the Clarion Green Team?
We are all about anything to make a place not just for humans to live, but a place where plant and animal life can thrive! So what do we do we do to achieve this? First, recycling helps so that less of a resource is needed to make a specific product! Second, we find ways to use less energy in housing, community buildings, offices and overall just about anything! Lastly, we strive to help support studies on renewable resources, energies, and eco-friendly products. Overall we just want to educate people on all ways to keep our homes, communities, and environments clean, so that is why we call ourselves the Clarion Green Team!
Our Purpose
The Clarion Green team is for students who have the desire to learn about and contribute to the environment. Members will be able to gain experience working with the environment and other students through recycling projects, outdoor cleanups, environmental awareness programs, and fundraisers. This club will provide both environmental and non-environmental majors with the opportunity to make a difference and impact on the world by learning what they can do and teaching others what they learn.
