Scope and Contents Description of the organzation found online 4-20-2021:Delta Phi Epsilon is a sisterhood that was originally founded in 1917 on the principles of justice, sisterhood, and love. On September 27th, 1987 a group of women at Clarion University started the local Epsilon Omicron chapter that we have here today.
