Scope and Contents

Description of the organzation found online 4-20-2021:

Delta Phi Epsilon is a sisterhood that was originally founded in 1917 on the principles of justice, sisterhood, and love. On September 27th, 1987 a group of women at Clarion University started the local Epsilon Omicron chapter that we have here today. Since that day we have worked to improve the women who join our sisterhood, as well as the Clarion community of which we have all become a part. As sisters of Delta Phi epsilon we works to empower other women through our philanthropy the Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation, to help provide awareness, research and treatments for children suffering from Cystic Fibrosis through our partnership with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and to empower and encourage all people suffering poor mental health related to eating disorders through the Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders foundation, also known as ANAD.
